French doors open out onto the large pool deck with panoramic ocean views and featuring a private pool/jacuzzi and a private beach access. You can heat the pool and hot tub for $800 per week from September to May. There are two bedrooms on the first level. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, new flat screen TV, brand new large private bath with soaking tub, huge glass step in shower, a double vanity and a separate water closet. This bedroom also features beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Also on this level is the other bedroom furnished with six bunk beds, one is a queen bed, one is a double bed, two twin beds and two XL twin beds. Flat screen and brand new full bath for the guest room. Up a few stairs you will find a mid level that has 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms on this level is furnished with a King size bed, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player and a brand new private bath with walk in shower combo. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with a queen bed and one twin bed, large flat screen TV and a private bath with walk in shower. Up a few more stairs you will find a landing area with a comfortable sitting area and a view to the living area below. This level has 3 more bedrooms. The second master bedroom is on this level. This bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and features a private glass walled balcony that overlooks the pool and has incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean! This bedroom is also furnished with a large flat screen" TV and a large private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, step in shower, double vanity and a separate water closet. Also on the third level you will find another bedroom furnished with a King bed.
