Exquisite Private Estate on 250 Acres with Pool and Hot Tub

Exquisite Flint Hills Estate with Pool and Hot Tub

• Perched on an ancient limestone outcropping between two wooded ravines — on a secluded edge of Prairiewood’s 600 acre native tallgrass prairie preserve — RetreatHouse embraces a philosophy of abundance and thoughtfulness in every detail. This exquisite guest residence is spacious and full of amenities, including four luxurious bedrooms, private en suite baths, and pro-style kitchen. The multi-purpose Meeting Room makes this property ideal for business events and gatherings, while the player piano, billiards and foosball tables, private pool, hot tub, and sport court offer endless opportunities for recreation and connection. Add miles of hiking trails right out the back door; and canoeing, kayaking, and fishing all accessible from Prairiewood's preserve, and RetreatHouse offers a combination of amenities, elegance, and privacy that is the stuff dreams are made of. Located just a mile west of the bustling college town of Manhattan, Kansas, Prairiewood is a tallgrass prairie preserve that offers first-class lodging, event spaces, and community programming, all thoughtfully assembled to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Whether an individual or couple looking for a place to rest and renew, family or friends seeking an inspiring getaway, a bride-to-be planning her perfect day, or a board of directors requiring a state-of-the-art meeting room, Prairiewood won’t disappoint. We invite you to come see how the rare privacy, unparalleled service, and stunning beauty of this special place will exceed your highest expectations.
