This large former B & B House now known as Richland's Rustic Retreat is located on 12 spacious acres and boasts of an eclectic array of Antiques and Collectibles. I'm onsite residing in the lower half the of house, however, I will stay out of sight to make your stay more private. The house is 3 levels you will have the upper 2 levels while I'm in the bottom third. I can be contacted anytime with questions (text is best). ***I also have feathered and furry friends: chickens, guineas, peacocks, and pheasants, 2 llamas named Junior and Truffle , as well as 2 cats Bob and Wigee. If strange cackles, hoots, and clucking bothers you, this may be too rustic for you. If you are interested in feeding them, I can definitely arrange that for you and your group. PLEASE NOTE: ALL 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor, there are 16 stairs to climb before reaching them. IF you are in no shape to walk up 16 steps, please book another location. Also if you plan to have extra friends and family over to swim, bbq, play, etc there will be a $10/ person guest fee, this covers wear and tear on house/yard/pool/v-ball court and extra utility costs. Thanks for your cooperation. I Look forward to your stay. Erin
