The top floor has 6 bedrooms, and a lakeside living room & billiards room, with half-kitchens. The top floor guests also enjoy a fully covered balcony with an unmatched view of the lake. The middle floor is the heart of this home, complete with a massive double kitchen, a lakeside living room, a theatre room, one half-bathroom, and two bedrooms with en suite full baths. Additionally, you will find a large dining area. The seating in the dining room, coupled with the kitchen will accommodate more than 50 people. Perfect for a large family!! The second floor also has a large fully covered balcony with incredible views, ideal for parties and special events. Finally, on the first floor you will find two full suites, each with a large living room, kitchen, bedroom and en suite baths. There is also a bunk room on the first floor with 6 beds suitable for adults, teens or children. Check-out instructions

• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Set all thermostats to Eco mode: Press dial in-->Turn dial to Leaf icon-->Select All. Move all furniture and items, inside and out, back to original locations. (Fee Applies)
• Leave dirty sheets/pillow cases/towels near the laundry room floor in separate piles. Leave bed spreads, decorative pillow cases, zippered protectors on the pillows/mattresses, please. (Fee Applies)
• Trash/Recycling cans are @the entrance. Guest can roll cans to the house, but must return them. Pls put them next to the street on Sunday night. All trash must fit in cans so critters can't get it.
• Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
