We can also provide, at a cost, a private chef, caterer, or event planner. Description; 1. The Moana Makai; A Hamlet (Lucky) Bennett designed Oceanview Estate, in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. A two story, 6 bedroom, 5 bath oceanfront home. (sleeps 12) This Kona home away from home lends itself to a relaxing fun vacation on the coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Moana Makai features a large Gourmet Kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, black granite counter tops and beautiful KOA cabinets. The Great Room has a beautiful entertainment KOA center. The home has 6 bedrooms; Two bedrooms downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. Each Floor with its own Slate Floor/Shower, and KOA Cabinets bathrooms. Full Laundry room downstairs. The most breathtaking is the outdoor lanai off the living room, overlooking the pool and ocean. Enjoy your outdoor custom built in stainless steel barbecue, 'Viking' ice fridge and sink overlooking the ocean. Also enjoy your outside stainless steel full refrigerator, and ice fridge. In the winter time, in early mornings, you may be able to see the whales from your sofa/chairs or just plain dolphins swimming. The sunset is also spectacular! Have a great time on our Billiards table overlooking the ocean, or just relax to the sound of the South Pacific. Our home includes an ocean front pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi and oceanfront. Relax on the private sand around our lava tide pools or snorkel out from the front yard. This home has a panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Create new memories Hawaiian style! Walk across the street to the 'Alii Gardens Market Place'. Here you can find handmade gifts and local produce. Down the street are snorkel and surf beaches. Close to town and activities, just a short walk to watch turtles, surfers and beautiful sunsets. 2. Moana Mauka; A Hamlet (Lucky) Bennett designed Oceanview Estate, in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. The Moana Mauka is composed of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, Air Conditioning, Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Koa kitchen cabinets, laundry room, Dining Room, 2 wet bar areas, and a breathtaking Lanai with ocean views with large Sofa and 4 chairs, 6 person dining table, exterior stainless-steel appliances; ice fridge, 36 inch barbecue, exterior stainless steel sink. The Mauka Estate is next to our Oceanfront Moana Makai Estate. The bedrooms are furnished with mostly Tommy Bahama Lexington furniture, five Queen beds, and two rooms with two twin beds each. Kitchen is composed of stainless-steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and gas cooktop/oven combo. Slate and hardwood floors in all common areas and bedrooms The Moana Mauka is located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i. The space feature custom Koa wood accents and furniture, 5 HDTV televisions with cable and streaming capabilities. Just steps away in the amenity garage, you will find a laundry area, as well as snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, surf boards, coolers, and SUPs. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or barbecue some Hawaiian delights outside on the slate floor Lanai.
