Conched Out features seven bedrooms, two living rooms, and a giant open-aired terrace on the top floor, perfect for viewing the tremendous star-filled skies at night! This small Caribbean island's lack of ambient light allows for some truly fantastic star-gazing. Four spacious bedrooms are on the main floor, three of which feature a king-size bed, flat-screen TVs, ocean views, and en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has twin beds (can also be configured as a king) and a bathroom just across the hall. The three ground-level bedrooms all offer queen size beds; two have en-suite bathrooms, and the third has a bathroom across the hall. The lower ground level has been recently renovated and includes a second living room with a 65" T.V., coffee maker area, fridge, and ample seating. Fall asleep among gentle tropical breezes and the sound of the ocean. You won’t believe how many stars you’ll see on a clear night. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation. • Conched Out features an optional pool heater, and guests may split the $600 A/C allowance between air conditioning and pool heating. Electricity is metered and will be shown upon check-in.  Overage is charged at the current market rate. • All our properties are offered double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • The property manager will meet guests at the villa at 4 pm for check-in. A rental car is highly recommended for getting around the island. • Occupancy: Rates are based on use by 14 guests (this number includes babies and children). Extra guests with a maximum occupancy of 16 are permitted at a guest fee. Rollaway beds are available for the two additional guests, but cribs must be rented if needed. • Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen! • AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $600 per week; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
