• Welcome to Fajardo, Puerto Rico! Whether it's the sunrise or the sunset you want to see - a stay at our Villa will give you both! Overlooking Fajardo and Las Croabas, the views of the island are beautiful and the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking. All guest names must be provided with the reservation and compliance with the travel requirements for Puerto Rico is mandatory. Drivers License or Passport Verification upon arrival is required. Happy to answer any questions you may have. **We are updating our kitchens in September and will update our photos after completion! Enjoy one of the 5 Large King Suites for your stay, each with an en-suite bathroom. The indoor/outdoor living is hard to beat. The large main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to enjoy meals in. There is a BBQ outdoors by the pool. Each Suite is quite private - there are also several different living areas - which creates a great opportunity for guests to be able to spread out, enjoy time together but also separately. The pool takes as much advantage of the sun as possible - while the outdoor seating area does provide some shade on those warmer days. WIFI is included. Washer/Dryer is available. Dishwasher. The entry level has a King Owner's Suite with a private living area and kitchenette with bar counter. Take the stairs down to the next level, which offers two additional King Suite's, the main living & dining area, laundry, kitchen and outdoor living space including the Pool & Hot Tub. There is a beverage center and bar refrigerator off of the main living area as well. The next level down features two private casitas - both King Suites with kitchenettes, living area and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each living area also features a Queen Sleeper Sofa. There are nine flat screen televisions throughout - each King Suite has one as well as one in the upstairs living area, one in the main living area and one in the living area of each casita. Linens are provided. Stainless Steel appliances including dishwasher, toaster, gas stove. Coffee Maker, Blender, Waffle Maker, cooking utensils and dishware service for 14. Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay. Due to the time it takes to properly care & maintain the villas in between guests - and that we use an outside cleaning service and have to go by their schedule - we are not able to offer early arrivals or late departures. We are able to make several suggestions of things for you to do in route to the villa - or on your way back to the airport! Many things to see & do! We thank you for your cooperation. Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups; we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available. Some amenities noted are nearby - an additional fee may be required. We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is on site daily to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. There is not a hot tub in the pool, it is simply a sitting area in the water. The pool is not heated. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff.
