Our luxurious 11-bedroom, 9-bathroom property sleeps up to 39 guests, making it perfect for large groups and families. You'll find yourself surrounded by amenities including king-sized beds, an in-ground heated pool, game and billiard room, workout room, fireplace, gas fire pit, wood fire pit, outdoor lounge area, basketball court, fenced yard, and pet-friendly accommodations. Our property is located just a short 6-minute walk away from the beach, offering easy access to the breathtaking scenery and endless waves of the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll be able to relax in comfort and style, whether lounging on the outdoor patio or gathering around the fire pit for s’mores. The game room is perfect for those looking for indoor fun, while the workout room allows guests to maintain their fitness routine. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking up gourmet meals. Book now and experience the ultimate beach vacation! 🚫 LIMITED AMENITIES & RESTRICTIONS 🚫 • The elevator has sustained significant damage and is non-operational for the foreseeable future. • Pool heating is available for $50 per day and must be added for the entire stay or not at all. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to include this, so we can schedule it accordingly. • Solara Gate is not operational at the moment. We are working on repairs but do not have a specific timeline for completion. The area remains very safe, and the gate can be left open at all times. • Arcade Machine is no longer available. • One of the two dryers at Dawn House is currently unavailable. However, there is still one working dryer for each house. • Firewood is not provided for the wood fire pit. 🐶 Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each. 📷 Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the driveway to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices. 📌 This property is under the management of TAILORED STAYS - ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS - 📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID: Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided. 💳 Security Deposit: A security deposit "hold" of $2000 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 3 days before your arrival and will be released 3 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed. ✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.
