Construction was completed in 2018 this highly anticipated 6,000+ sqft home!! 6 Bedrooms Total - Sleeps 16 * 5 Bedrooms with King Beds. 3 of these Masters have private On-Suite bathrooms * 1 Bunk room with 6 Twin beds * 2 Queen sleeper sofas available in the Recreation room * All 6 bedrooms have ocean views, 2 of which are oceanfront Recreation Room - Pop-a-shot, 4-player arcade, pool table, and more! Media Room - 86" Big Screen TV and 12 High End leather reclining chairs Great Room - Top floor great room overseeing the ocean. Giant 12+ person couch and fireplace Dining Room - Custom Walnut giant dining table with seating for up to 16 with additional seating at the kitchen island Kitchen - The home will be fully equipped for 16. Glasswear, dinnerware, flatware, and cookware is ready for your large group. Deck - Large deck off the great-room with Nanawall style door to connect with the outdoors. Amazing views from this deck Pool Room - It wouldn't be the pool house without this. We have a high end Swim-Ex indoor swim pool. This is fantastic for exercise or for the kids to play in. Sauna Room - Enjoy the sauna room while you aren't using the pool Why choose our vacation rental?  We are located at the dead end of a quiet street. The majority of beach front houses are along a busy road. No cars driving by and significant privacy.  Indoor Pool - Sauna - Hot Tub  All 6 Bedrooms have Ocean Views. 2 of which are directly facing the ocean  All 5 King beds have "black label" high-end premium quality mattresses  Individual Heaters in every bedroom. Customize your own setting  Giant 12 foot NanaWall style sliding door in Great Room. Open up and connect with the outdoors on those beautiful days  We have an extensive Game Room and Media Room: Pool Table, 4-Player Arcade, Pop-a-shot as well as 12 Leather theater seats in the surround sound Media Room with a 86" TV  240V outlet available in the garage for your electric vehicle. Full house rules are viewable during the booking process, but a couple things to note: * 16 person limit applies at all times, not just overnight * 6 car limit * No smoking of anything * No pets * No weddings/bachelor parties/or similar events We will supply you with access instructions prior to your arrive via the Airbnb application with lockbox and pool access codes.
