• Enjoy an ocean front retreat at our family town home . Both units comfortably sleep 12 adults. Private access to Laguna Beaches most exclusive beach (Torts beach between 1000 Steps and Table Rock) private stairs connected to the house leading directly to the sand. No public access to this beach! *This listing is for the entire duplex. 3 bedroom/4 bathrooms/2 kitchens/2 living rooms/Central AC/HEAT & a washer/dryer room! Phenomenal location in an older house and we're priced accordingly. BACK UNIT (Unit A): First floor, 1 King Bed, Sofa, 56" mounted TV, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and full bath. Second Floor, 2 Full Beds, sofa. Detached Studio (Located on Unit A deck)- King bed and 3/4 bath. FRONT UNIT: Second Floor, 1 over sized master bedroom with en suite bath, king bed/roll away full bed & an air mattress. Downstairs has a phenomenal deck, full bath, Queen sleeper sofa, 50" mounted TV, dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. AC/HEAT- Central AC and Central HEAT! Washer/Dryer- We have both! BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The Master Suite has a King size bed a portable full sized bed, an air mattress along with an en suite bath. Living Room (2) Full sleeper sofas, air mattress & 50" mounted TV. Loft- Full over Full bunk bed, sleeper sofa Bedroom 2- Queen bed Studio- Queen bed, full bath. KITCHENS: Fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like your at home. 6 seat dining table, 4 seat dining table and outdoor seating for the entire group. LIVING ROOMS: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have 3 comfortable sofas, 1 sectional and 2 which double down as sleeper sofas, plenty of seating and a large 49' TV and 56" mounted TV's perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. OUTSIDE: Enjoy some of the worlds greatest ocean views from 3 private decks. Enjoy our outdoor seating and take in the fresh ocean breeze from your front row ocean seats! PARKING- 2 garage parking spots and 5 additional parking spots on site. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. NO OTHER cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap & toilet paper. OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to their specific UNIT B of the duplex and their assigned deck. Unit B is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note…. - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS FOR RENTER USE: No, please bring your own beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas to use during your stay. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No, please bring your own Bluetooth enabled devices. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. The Laguna Beach trolly picks up right across the street in front of Mission Hospital Laguna Beach. Great way to travel to downtown Laguna Beach from South Laguna Beach (only 2.2 miles.) NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed. Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. PETS: We're pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
