Lazo Beach House, Costa del Sol

• This luxurious house with a private pool is located inside Villa Oceanica which is a gated community with 24hr security and is one of the best areas in Costa del Sol. It’s 7 minutes walk to the beach. The house is 45 minutes from the airport and 1 hour to San Salvador. We have 4 tanning lounge chairs with umbrellas and a grilling area. There are two terraces with hammocks and ceiling fans one by the pool area & the other one on the second level for a beautiful view. Out door pool bathroom and showers to clean the sand off. There are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and A/C units in each of them. Rooms are furnished with 1 king Bed, 6 Queen Beds, and 1 full over full bunk bed. In the spacious great room, you’ll find the living room, kitchen and dining room. There is only 1 TV in the entire house and it’s located in the living area. There is cable tv and WiFi. It has an amazing barbecue where you can grill. Kitchen is equipped for cooking or you can have food delivered to the house from restaurants near by. There is a local supermarket 15 minutes away if you want to buy groceries. Other Services: We can arrange pickup and drop off to the airport. Massages are available in the comfort of the home with previous arrangements made. We have on security camera at the front entrance and one in the backyard. They will be on during your stay for security purposes. Warm water only in showers. NOTE: Additional guests fee after 12 $25.00 each one The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 21
