This luxurious home offers spacious living, formal and informal dining options and unique outdoor entertaining areas achieving wonderful indoor / outdoor living including a beautiful alfresco area designed for year- round Southern Ocean entertaining.
The main level offers a Master bedroom with en suite, three more bedrooms, theatre room (seats 8-10 people), billiard room, formal dining room and two separate living areas . The second level incorporates two further bedrooms each with ensuites, living/kitchenette, gymnasium, bathroom, and sauna.

Guests will have access to the whole house but not the downstairs garage. There is a three-car garage for guests upstairs which also includes a table tennis table.
