• Come stay in this beautiful home right on the Comal River with access. Exclusive private home located on the banks of the Comal River, just above the tube chute and across from Landa Park. Walking distance to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, historic downtown New Braunfels, and Wurstfest. From the large wrap-around porch, you can admire the crystal clear Comal River....or enjoy the 330 feet of landscaped river frontage with 3 decorative concrete step/swim outs. Each bedroom has an HD flatscreen TV/DVD player and expanded cable, Comphy soft linens, and Downlite primaloft pillows and mattress pads. Bathrooms have granite counters and luxury Monarch towels. The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, dishwasher, separate ice maker, wine holder, 5 gas burners, 2 ovens, and a warming drawer. Silverware, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are included. There is also a bonus kitchen with a stove, sink, and plenty of cabinet and counter space on the lower level for outdoor serving. Our house will make you feel right at home with cottage casual decorations and modern amenities like complimentary wi-fi. We have hosted weddings, family reunions, family vacations, retreats, birthday parties, and company functions. Let us help you with your special event! Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included. When making your reservation, please let us know if you'll be bringing any pets along, so we can make the necessary arrangements for your stay.
