• I try to keep the rental fee as low as possible. To do that I would appreciate you washing the sheets /towels & remaking the beds. NOT A REQUIREMENT
• Please put all garbage & recycling in the garbage cans outside the garage doors (in bags). Pls. don't leave garbage inside when you leave.
• I get many requests to either check in early or check out late & it just isn’t possible w/ the limited time to turn over the house between guests.

Candlewood Lake Perfection: Large and very private House, property and pool.

• This is an incredible property with a huge lake front, deck and side yard. There is a large open floor plan on the main level: Kitchen, living room and dining room. The MBR / bath is on the main level with 3 additional bedrooms on tbe ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have sliders to the pool / gardens with on-suite bathrooms. The other bedroom has a secret panel door to enter the bedroom. It is one of the coolest features in the house!!! This house is great for large and small families. There are also bungalows (cabins) available at an extra charge for sleeping. They each have a queen air mattress on a bed frame and have electricity and a/c!!! They are new and provide great extra sleeping!! Email me if interested as they are NOT included in the regular rate. House is 100% private with a long driveway and lots of parking. Beautifully landscaped gardens with more outdoor seating than you would ever need. Spectacular views during and day and as the sun sets! New pool and huge blue stone patio with lots of seating and lounging for sun and shade lovers. Half basketball court and Pickle ball court!! A new 5 hole putting green with sand trap was added in 2022. Very fun!! There is also a private beach adjacent to the property that is owned by 8 families. It is a perfect spot for kids of all ages. There is space at the dock for you to rent a boat and dock it at the house. The existing boats and jet skies are not part of the rental. There is a caretaker on the property. They have completely separated space and entrance. A NEW KITCHEN with Butler’s pantry. Stunning.

• We are always so grateful if you are able to start even one load of laundry! We just ask that anything you start that you get into the dryer before you check out. Every load saves us an hour!
