Anchored right on the beach of the north coastline of Rethymno, Villa Moana boasts stunning ocean views from each of the spacious, inviting outdoor living areas. The beach is at your doorstep and you can also easily access several restaurants, tavernas and all kinds of shops.

Ground Floor
Covering 500m2, the two-storey Villa Moana can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its 6 bedrooms and 14 people in total if needed. Clean lines, neutral tones and hits of pattern make the interiors of Villa Moana luxe and contemporary yet inviting. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find the bright, modern living room that features a 55 HDTV and can seat everyone on its comfortable sofas and armchairs, while the traditional architecture with Venetian arches and stone walls, as well as carefully chosen wooden pieces of furniture add an elegant touch to it. Through large glass doors you have access to the pool terrace. The open plan area also features a dining area with a wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and appliances and an island counter, which offers direct access to the BBQ facilities. The ground level hosts two of the Villas bedrooms, them being the Master bedroom, which boasts a large round bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, an in-room jacuzzi bathtub, a 45 HDTV and access to a veranda with a siting area, as well as another a king size bedroom with a reclining bed (the bed can also be used as 2 single beds), a 32 HDTV, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and access to a veranda equipped with patio furniture. An additional bathroom with a shower cabin is available on the ground floor.

Reaching to the first floor through a staircase or the elevator, guests can find an additional siting area, a kitchenette, as well as the washing machine and dryer. The remaining four bedrooms of the Villa are also located on this level. Three of the bedrooms feature king size beds, while the fourth has a king size bed which can also be used as 2 single beds if required. All bedrooms are equipped with 32 HDTVs and en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins and they all offer direct access to the veranda, where the hot tub is, offering amazing sea views. Two of the double bedrooms also offer access at the rear part of the Villa and have balconies with siting areas.

- 50 m2 private swimming pool (1,40 deep) with hydro massage waterfalls. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for entire stay, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- Childrens pool, 50cm deep.
- Outdoor hot tub for 5 people on the first floor veranda.
- Shaded outdoor dining areas.
