Enter on the top level, and you will be invited into a spacious living area featuring a large plush sofa, comfortable cushions and an amazing view plus a grand kitchen with butlers pantry & an outdoor kitchen which can be enclosed or opened up to enjoy the wrap around balcony.
This floor also provides the master bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, built in robe plus ensuite with a spa bath, another queen bedroom with a ceiling fan and a bathroom plus the double garage.
Down the spiral staircase to the bottom level you will be wowed by the second living area with yet another full kitchen & outdoor seating to enjoy the view plus a ping pong table to keep your family entertained with automatic blinds.
