• Are you ready to have a FUN vacation?! This house boasts 7000 sqft of every amenity you could want! Everyone in the family will be glad you picked this house. Not only does it have all the amenities but it has a decreased carbon footprint thanks to the solar panels that power the house and sell to the grid! This property is not pet friendly. *No smoking allowed on property* A few of the Amenities: -INDOOR POOL & SPA with water slide! -Sauna -Weight Room -Pool table, Basketball games, indoor hockey -Dedicated Office -Gorgeous outdoor landscaping This house is enormous and has fun tucked away in every direction! *We planned on having 14 people stay at this property with beds of different types. More people can stay at this property with approval as there are multiple other sleeping arrangements* Bedrooms Bedroom #1 Primary: Queen bed, Bathroom with walk-in shower, jetted tub, double vanity. Attached to the primary bedroom is a Dayroom with couch and Dry Sauna. Bedroom #2: Queen Bed, large bedroom, attached to the Jack and Jill bathroom Bedroom#3: Queen Bed, large bedroom and closet. Bedroom 4# Queen Bed x2 This room is downstairs. Additional Sleeping Areas: Pull out couch x1, Air mattresses x2, Non pullout couches x4 -Other room information- Upstairs: Living room: Recliner, Love seat, and Sofa Family Room: Large Sectional Couch Breakfast Dining Room: 6 seat table Dining Room/Solarium: Heated tile floor, 14 person dining room table. Kitchen: Generously equipped kitchen plus coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, Dedicated Office: Has a door, L shape desk, chair Pool Room: 14 foot water slide, Huge 16 person hot tub, 35’ Pool with a depth of 3ft to 6ft, Downstairs: Family Room- air hockey table, two basketball hoops games, Large Couch, TV, Fireplace, Gaming Room- Couch, Gaming System, TV Billards Room- Billiards Table Fitness room: Treadmill, Exercise Bike, Bench rack, barbell, freewights, dumbbells, Pullup bar Outdoors: Movie like drive to the house Outdoor Basketball court with surrounding fence Outdoor seating area, (10 seats and side tables, table and 4 chairs, 2 rockers) Beautiful walkthrough landscaping Wood Pellet Grill You will have access to the entire house including the indoor pool area, outdoor basketball court, and fenced areas. Guest Entry via Smart Lock with unique code per guest. *Two non bedroom closets locked for Cleaners use.* This property is managed by a professional management company with staff available 24/7. However this is self check in. Please treat the property with respect. Events are allowed with permission only. Two-car garage, circle drive through, and an additional 6 car spaces. Thanks to lawyers we have to say this, This house has many amazing amenities that have inherent risks associated with them. Free weights in the fitness room, a spa, indoor pool, water slide, outdoor basketball court, uneven terrain, etc. By booking this property you are agreeing to hold us harmless for any harm from any injury or damage in the house. This is a home not a commercial space and though we inspect for safety issues we are not guaranteeing your safety while here. You should inspect any piece of equipment before use and assure your own safety. As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests. IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for several of our employees. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge. Quiet Hours: after 10 pm until 7am. General Damages: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest. Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers. Other: No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. Parties: Parties are not allowed unless given written permission. If guests are found to have had a party without permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Not pet-friendly.
