You’ll have everything you need for a perfect summer stay: Living room has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. It is located on the main level along with master bedroom suite, guest bedroom with private bath, study/den, dining room, kitchen and powder room. Four additional bedrooms, including an en-suite bath and second full bathroom are located on the separate level. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to entertain your friends and family Har-tru tennis court, large oceanfront deck, oversized heated pool, bikes for adults and children, lovely playground for kids. The Residence is “move-in” ready and completely furnished with Luxury linens, bath and beach towels. Spend your time enjoying fabulous views from your deck and long barefoot walks on the sandy beach!!!
